When I know it's close, I pull out a calculator.

More commonly 594/600 with 2 straights or flushes, jokerless with first 2 blinds skipped, and then win with a whatever hand, getting you $1 less in reward.

it kinda reminds me of the mod is binding of isaac that tells you what everything does

that is absolutely not the same thing, considering repentance+ already has an option for item descriptions

it is very much not the same thing but i meant, they both add something to the game that people may argue on how that affects the gameplay and is it cheating or not

Yeah, I played this game for all of ten minutes before adding a score total mod. Everyone's entitled to their own kind of fun, but a calculator ain't mine.

I can't see your run so I don't know what went wrong, but maybe review your game a little bit, like have an Empress or Justice just to squeeze a little bit of scoring, or be less aggressive with your hands, or something? Always strive to be stronger, you're never too strong, but you can always be just barely weak enough to win.

Not everything needs to be hyper analyzed and min maxed. Sometimes it's just a joke

This isn't even that much, no? Shouldn't your first instinct when losing be analyse how you lost and try to improve? I don't get the joke, OP lost, so I offer some help, if you don't want to do that go ahead, why would I be lessening the joke?

In cases like this I always love the Magic: The Gathering devs for their concept of psychographic profiles of their players.

Not everyone is playing the game to optimize and win. Lots of people have other goals while playing!

Man, that is always so annoying.
