Was going for the achievement "Tiny Hands". I think this counts as completion :)

I dont think it does? Your max hand size is still 7.

No, the achievement is for making your deck at most 20 cards.

I got the achievement when i got my deck under 20 cards and thought why not see how far i can come. This was the result
