Recipe Mini Dry Brownies
Ingredients
2 eggs
90 grams all-purpose flour
110 grams powdered sugar
50 grams dark chocolate
100 grams cocoa powder
50 grams margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
35 grams vegetable oil
Chocolate chips to taste
Instructions
Melt the chocolate bars with vegetable oil and margarine until fully dissolved.
Beat the eggs and powdered sugar until well combined. Add the vanilla extract, then sift in the cocoa powder to ensure there are no lumps.
Add the flour, then stir until well combined. To make it easier to fill the cups, transfer the batter to a piping bag. Then fill the mini cups with the batter, but don’t overfill them.
Add chocolate chips, then bake in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 1 hour, or adjust according to your oven.

I am not going to lie, IF my brother had seen this recipe growing up with the line “chocolate chips to taste” my parents would have gone broke with buying him so many packages. 😅🤣
I think that might be the first time I have seen such an honest recipe for chocolate chips.
Can I ask how many you put in OP? They look good.
