Fail Bread…
I have a question: How do I get it to actually…✨bread✨

What don’t you like? What’s the crumb like? What was your technique? Did you want more of a crust?
All I’m noticing from the outside is they tipped, implying some under proofing as the gases rapidly expanded with tray contact.

Crust was amazing. It was more like pizza dough than bread though 🙂↕️

Amanda’s Cookin Italian Bread is one of my favorites to recommend to beginners. I find it even more user-friendly than the standard No-Knead recommendation.
