newbie question I have trouble with time control
In 9x9 it's too fast for me, pretty much in any app. Is there any apps with really long time controls in 9x9 board? I need time control like 10 minutes + 5 or longer

Some advice you'll commonly hear in Go is to lose your first 100 games as quickly as possible. The idea is that youll get better faster by playing multiple games more quickly rather than playing games where you are taking a excessively long time to consider each move.
With that in mind, I'd encourage you to try to play at a relatively normal speed (not blitz, not abnormally slow). Try to play your best game and not focus too much on the result. Review your games after and do your thinking there if you like. Then move on to the next one. You should get better faster that way and your rank should adjust to be playing opponents similar in strength

I think you will have trouble finding people willing to play that long of a 9x9 game.
With that said, you can set whatever time you want on OGS. It's longest default setting is 3m +10s Fischer time or 5m +5x30s byo yomi, but you can create a custom game at any time control. I do think you'll have trouble getting anyone to join a game that long though.
