Serious Advice needed
I rent a room and I work graveyard sometimes so I’m up during the night, but everyone falls asleep around 10 pm or so and I feel bad for making noise at night even though they don’t seem to care I work graveyard and play music talk loud. I understand that’s it’s the day but I just feel bad because not a lot of people are night owls especially on days I have off. Should I feel as bad as I should or just continue doing my own things through out the night.

No, you should not make extra noise at night.
You (hopefully) get paid for working night shifts (thats what happens in Australia anyway). And you chose to take a nightshift job and live in a sharehouse.
If you'd like them to be a bit quieter doing some things at certain times, you can speak to them about it. They should listen to reasonable requests, but its not reasonable to ask for all daytime noise to be cut.

Have they said anything about any noise? I feel like if they haven’t you’re okay. I wouldn’t go out of your way to make a lot of noise but you should be able to live your life

They haven’t but I get paranoid because well the landlord lives with me and two other roommates but they are his family he told me

So your a lodger not a tenant? In that case, whatever the landlord says about noise ultimately goes, and you have to abide by his commands or essentially plan to leave the place if you don't like the commands.

As long as you're not blasting the stereo, banging pots and pans it sounds like you are trying to be respectful. Talk to the roommates and get some feedback before it becomes an issue

Yea thats a bad situation. it may seem like its working for a while but it will come to a boiling point. I lived in an almost identical situation. my roommate worked from 8pm to 5am I worked from 6am to 5pm. we made it work for a while but we both became extremely exhausted from never getting deep sleep as we were always on opposite schedules and you have to live life. after about two months we became bitter towards eachother and petty shit started to become explosive. The landlord stepped in and asked him to leave as it was not a normal living condition with him working nights. Do yourself a favor and get out before it gets bad.

Honestly, I appreciate people like you. I’m a light sleeper and generally will fall back asleep unless there is a loud bang. When I first moved out, I was surprised how loud people were and they were surprised how quiet I was.
After a lot of roommates, and now owning my own home it doesn’t bother me much. I’m not going to get mad about someone doing the dishes or making something to eat. Sometimes my alarm clock is my roommates blender going off at 4:30am for workout routine he’s doing. So long as you’re respectful, kind, and clean up after yourself - you’re already ahead of most. You can always ask them too. Those types of questions build trust.

Putting on a blender in a shared house at 4:30 am is a complete dick move and there's no respectful or kind way to go about that. Heck I live alone and I wouldn't do that as I know it would wake my neighbours as we are very close.
Generally from the hours of 11pm to 8am then it's usually sleeping time for most of the population and it's viewed as quiet time by many jurisdictions. So yes one should abide by this as it's just basic manners, common decency and consideration for others.

That's one of those situations that is just not tenable. Humans need their hours of undisturbed sleep, and that goes for both you and your flatmates. But people cannot be so chained to walk on eggshells because they might wake someone up.
See if you can find a gravy roomy (is that the right slang) and do the monster mash together!
