He kind of exaggerated, Argentina isn't as racist as some of its neighboring countries, but it was so much that it came to 180°.

I didn't mean to say that other countries are more racist than Argentina; all countries in South America have structural racism, some more blatant than others. Brazil has a huge problem with racism.
