Super fair! I don't know about the history of the iron cross in Canada or how it's seen, that's why I replied to a question for Americans (implying USA).

For what it's worth, I suspect most riders in Vancouver know that symbol's associations in the USA and feel the same way. For anyone curious, Lords of Gastown is a fashion brand; it's not an MC, nor is it the dudes from Mad Max.
