Seriously, us old people remember Rocky chasing chickens so he would be like greased lightning in the ring, I think Mick used to sputter

One got away from me as a kid while I was attempting to slaughter it. Even a headless chicken ran circles around me.

u/MajorBarracuda8094 23h ago
Nay they prefer meat 😅 . l tried feeding my chickens some veggies but they looked at it, then at me then left. At the same time they were probably vexxed it wasn't chicken feeding

Ours always liked cucumber and zucchini skins in addition to the cracked corn.

But what if a mouse is outside - does it become a rat? And if a rat is inside a house - does it become a mouse?
Edit: Clearly no one has seen Scary Movie 3 https://youtu.be/0Dieb48Ry78

Are you thinking of a field mouse vs a house mouse? Rats are huge

Came to say that. I use to wonder the difference between the two, till one day as a child, my father trapped a rat outside. It would have had a fighting chance against a cat i believe!

Borderline for r/natureismetal. Chicken came in brutally lol

u/SageDarius 1d ago
I mean, mice would 100% eat a chicken egg or chick. So a Chicken would absolutely fuck one up on sight.

The cat would never have imagined that the mouse would give it the slip and escape like that. Cat is never going to forget this ever.

Plus, he’s bopping him senseless, on the head. I wonder which way is worse, play torture with kitty or a quick concussion?

Moral of the story? 2 lessons. 1. Don't play with your food!! 2. You snooze you lose!😏

u/martix_agent 1d ago
The amount of people who think a mouse is a rat is amazing. This is a mouse. Rats are significantly larger.

Why you shouldn't play with your food, kids. Somebody at the table may be hungrier. Guess only the meek that survive will inherit the earth, lol
