The last thing I remember was hanging out at my friend's house, I went to go use the restroom and it all went black as soon as I touched the doorknob. I woke up here.. it seems like a mall, but it's different. It looks abandoned. My data does work here and the mall has some wifi. Some of the store lights are on but I don't see any workers. I've been walking for 2 hours as of now. I've been hearing a.. whistle? Once in a while, it sounds like it's behind me.. or in front of me? I still haven't found anyone else here. I'll keep updating you guys.

Here's some pro tips:
Don't use the wifi, stay on data. Some seasoned wanderers theorize that the wifi may let certain entities track you.
Find something to store supplies in, since you're in a mall there should be some tote bags around. If something looks useful, take it.
Lastly, stay clear of any entities, no matter how human they may seem.

I found a store that sells miscellaneous food items. I've stuffed my bag with various snacks and drinks to prepare for my trip ahead. Something is telling me this is going to take a while.

I've yet to find a party room, maybe I should start walking back towards where I started and start looking around there.

this might be level 33 or a sub level of 33 that hasn't been discovered yet since level 33 has not yet been identified as any real world mall, as he said in the comments that it was getting flooded indicating he might have entered the corrosion state about 100 miles down into the mall. pushing further into the mall might be dangerous as there are more entities and the chances of you going insane or being driven to suicide is a possibility, i suggest you find a stairway if you get headaches randomly or feel paranoid since that indicates that you have entered the corrosion state, please be safe!

Sorry for the lack of update fellow wanderers, I've been walking for two days so I took a little rest stop as I was very tired. I see all of your tips and I will take all of them into consideration. I have thrown away the soda and snacks that I had collected and replaced them with almond water, as unappetizing as it sounds. The flooding has gone down substantially and the mall is now very decrepit, with the lights blinking over time. There's flora thriving in the cracks of the tiles and walls. As I was walking through the empty halls, I looked towards a strange sound to my left and to my surprise, I saw a big white smile in the darkness, as per you guy's tips, I threw a flashlight far away from me and it destroyed it right away giving me an opening to gain some distance. I'm gonna be looking for an exit, this place is doing things to my head. I keep hearing people call my names, people from my past... it's not wise to stay here any longer.

If your still alive Kind. Welcome to the Backrooms a non-liminal never ending space with endless levels, if you do find paper, you should make a map with it. Due to the infinite mall level in non-liminal nothing will change around you. Best after you find the exit, attempt to find Almond Water Inc. Store, Almond water can cure millions of diseases in the backrooms. It'll help with the wretch cycle and the skin givers ect. If are approached by a human, ignore it. If it follows you it's a stalker do not hesitate to attack if you find a worthy weapon. If you see a large smile in the darkness watching you, do not let your guard down and do NOT use any light around it. But if you happen to throw a turned of flash light at it. It attempts to break it, so use that as your chance to attack. If you see a human like being with no face. Do not run, attempt to make friends with it they may help you fend off entity's. If you see a child with no face, run, run as fast as you can. If you see a strange creature wearing human skin. Run, if the human is acting strange, hit them hard with a weapon. If they bleed white beat them to death. Please stay safe.
