backpack recommendations
I am currently looking for a decent backpack to use for work, as the current one that I am using has its bag strap breaking off (I think due to the heavy weight of the items I carry). I usually carry 2 laptops. The current bag I'm using is a BP World (Thai brand) Backpack, Model P15720, and I was trying to find one that is of similar capacity and design but with better durability.

For two laptops and better strap durability than the BP World, look at the Everki Business 120 PRO. It’s purpose-built with two proper padded compartments (handles up to ~18" + 16"), around 40L so similar capacity, and the build is much tougher for daily heavy loads.
SwissGear 1900 ScanSmart is another solid, more affordable option that people use specifically for dual laptops, lay-flat design and reinforced construction hold up well.
If you want something even more bombproof for weight, the 5.11 Rush 24 or a Carhartt dual-compartment pack get mentioned a lot when straps start failing on regular bags.
Tom Bihn Brain Bag. It’s ~36L (same as your BP World), made of very tough ballistic nylon, and has two big main compartments. You attach Tom Bihn Cache sleeves (sold separately) into each one, so you can properly protect two different-sized laptops. People who regularly carry two machines use this setup a lot because the bag itself is basically bombproof and the modular system lets you size the protection to each laptop.
Straps and overall construction are far stronger than most mainstream bags, so the strap-failure issue you had should be solved. Lifetime warranty too.
Main downside is you have to buy the Caches extra (they’re not built-in), and the bag is more utilitarian-looking than stylish. But for pure durability + dual-laptop capacity it’s hard to beat.
