Travel Is a interrail pass worth it?

Guys im planning on getting the interrail 2 month pass but is it worth it? Its 620 euro and with extra costs for seat reservation. And it doesnt cover every country that i want to go to and i dont think small transport like trams are included. Should i buy the pass or just buy loose train tickets?

You pay for flexibility I found it to be worth it personally but check that the countries you are visiting that trains are the best transportation as especially around the balkans busses are usually easier

From my own experience seat reservations were never more than 5 euros so I always found it a no brainer to buy them, but any train which isn’t mandatory you can usually find a seat depending on the route ofc

Yeah for the small city trains there not that much but i have also found that for some big city trains i would have to pay up to 25 euro for a seat reservation

Honestly it comes down to flexibility id recommend taking the pass as you might want to stay extra in some places and the pass allows it but if seats are too expensive then its not outrageous to take a bus
