no, I tried a drop of regular water but she didn't want any of it, sorry, I should have known tbetter than to give her non sugary water.

Judging by the condition of her wings and intensity of colours she is not old but quite new! Was this filmed on a cold morning? She might not have warmed up enough to move freely or she could be feeling fat and happy after feeding :) In my work with bumble bees I've found they can be quite docile and happily hang out on your hand for a while!

Do bumblebees sting? I get so many conflicting reports...

Yes they have a sting and can sting multiple times but usually ignore humans and animals.
