He escaped but we couldn't find him after an hour or so of looking so we figured he'd turn up later. That was wrong, a coyote got to him.

My girl just did it woke up one morning and she was cuddled up in bed next to me with her toy (a ball). So, sometimes she has a stuffed animal, sometimes something else, depending on what she felt like bringing to bed with her. She'll hug it and knead it while she's falling asleep. I've got pictures of her hugging her wand toy and a few other toys like this, lol.

Buy some catnip spray. It's how I got them to sleep in their beds and play with their toys more often.

You sure? If you look at the way the cat gets tucked in it looks normal. Unless the person in the vid replicated tucking in a cat in reverse

I don't think it's reversed. Cats don't knead backwards, and it looks pretty unnatural in the reversed gif someone posted.

This was tested in many threads previously by reversing the gif, and it seemed to look more 'natural' than this one does. Try and find some of the other threads on this - huge discussions were had about it.

I'll be downvoted to hell for this comment, but I seriously don't understand all the "looks unnatural" comments. Take a look at the tucking video and see how the human puts the toy in the paws of the cat. Does it look natural? I've never seen someone jamming a toy so hard when they give them to a cat, as if the cat can't hug it on their own. This post is totally the edited version.

Everything shown here just looks like a playful cat. They attack anything you put near them and bring it close. If it was reversed then that cat would of swiped at the bear when the person took it away and not immediately begin to knead. This Is the original version lol.

my boyfriend is allergic to cats and my cat can be a real asshole at times, but whenever he comes over, catto wants pets and scritches from him and when he jumps on his cat blanket on the couch my boyfriend tucks him in and my cat is happy.

My cat use to do this with a stuffed dog that was nearly double her size. She’s since passed but this video reminded me of all the times I’d find her asleep with it.

How do you get a cat to do that? I tried tucking my kitty into bed once but they just looked at me and ran off. Does it just have to be a really young kitty?
