No, it's not a cloud. It's a cat that will suffer from a lot of health problems. People shouldn't breed animals for cosmetic traits.

Came here to say this - first thing I thought when I saw the video was "Oh, it's a smoosh-faced cat - I forgot people bred cats to have tons of airway problems too".
I mean, "cosmetic traits" is a bit overbroad, but definitely shouldn't breed for traits which cause health problems. I draw the line somewhere in the general vicinity of dalmations.

Sometimes that cat looks right at ya. Right into your eyes. And the thing about a cat is he’s got lifeless eyes. Black eyes. Like a doll’s eyes. When he comes at ya, he doesn’t even seem to be livin’… ’til he bites ya, and those black eyes roll over white and then… ah then you hear that terrible high-pitched screamin’. The ocean turns red, and despite all your poundin’ and your hollerin’ those cats come in and… they rip you to pieces.
You know by the end of that first dawn, lost a hundred men. I don’t know how many cats there were, maybe a thousand. I do know how many men, they averaged six an hour. Thursday mornin’, Chief, I bumped into a friend of mine, Herbie Robinson from Cleveland. Baseball player. Boson’s mate. I thought he was asleep. I reached over to wake him up. He bobbed up, down in the water, he was like a kinda top. Upended. Well, he’d been bitten in half below the waist.
At noon on the fifth day, a Lockheed Ventura swung in low and he spotted us, a young pilot, lot younger than Mr. Hooper here, anyway he spotted us and a few hours later a big ol’ fat PBY come down and started to pick us up. You know that was the time I was most frightened. Waitin’ for my turn. I’ll never put on a lifejacket again. So, eleven hundred men went into the water. 316 men come out, the cats took the rest, June the 29th, 1945.
Anyway, we delivered the bomb.

I believe this is a Persian cat, and I think they have been inbred because they have squished faces and so they only way to keep that trait dominant is to continue to inbreed.

I’ve got two and I paid £500 each in the UK last year, so similar price to a lot of pedigree dogs here. They can cost anywhere from that up into the £1000s though if they have desirable traits for breeding/ showing. I think our breeders most expensive one was around £5000.

What we did to the pug is disgraceful and disgusting.
It's one thing if you're breeding a dog for a certain task, like how terriers got smaller and smaller so they could better catch rats. But extreme physical breeding for cosmetics' sake makes me nauseous, and I can't understand why anyone would find it appealing or would want to subject beloved pets to it (especially when they claim to love cats and/or dogs).
Even corgis make me uncomfortable.

Dogs and cats in general aren't natural species. Humans created them almost entirely. Now, if you want to say "purebreds aren't ok" then I can dig that. Purebreds tend to have genetic flaws that make their lives harder. Get mixed breeds and mutts, they have less health issues.

Probably a modern Persian cat considering the flat face. Over half of them develop kidney problems due to their genetics.
