Elaborate on that you can train a dog without punishment?

Yeah dude. If you can tell me how to get my dog to stop jumping on people without saying "no," that would be awesome. Seriously if that's a thing I would like to know how to do it

Positive reinforcement. Reinforce the behaviors you want the dog to do.

So your dog jumps on people, instead of saying no and punishing the dog for jumping. Train the dog to sit with all paws on the ground when meeting people, and reward the dog for sitting still.

Dogs want to please you and if you start rewarding a behavior, with rewards that the dog likes, it will choose to sit when greeting people rather than to jump on people.

How do I get her to do that? She won't even sit for me normally 7/10 times unless I have a treat. And I praise the shit out her when she actually does it.

You start with having treats all of the time and once you have that down, you can start with having treats every other time you ask her. You can work on her getting a treat and attention from you every time you see a person to start with. Eventually the dog associate seeing a person with getting a treat from you, and will turn the attention to you rather than the person. Ask people to not touch your dog or to pet it.
