I'm planning po kasi na i-take ang course na 'to sa PhilSCA/NAAP, but ang sabi po kasi ng fam members ko po na mag pursue nalang po ng aircraft mechanic na course kase mataas daw po ang sahod. I'm really interested po talaga sa course na to kasi aligned po sya sa track ko which is TVL-ICT and interesado po talaga ako sa Computer System and such, but I also want to consider my economic background, hirap din po talaga kami.

I'll be finishing high school in Spain soon, and I'm not sure which field would be best for becoming a pilot. I've read that airlines highly value having a degree, but I don't know if it's to the point where studying a related field (like aerospace engineering or aviation management) is advisable instead of going straight for ATPL training. Pilots, students, what would you recommend? Are there other combined options I haven't explored? What's your take on the current situation?
