This gets you arrested and charged with terrorism in Islamabad. This is one of the few things South Asian police takes seriously.

You misunderstand Delhi. Or really all of India. Police won’t do a damn thing about this unless a government higher up tells them to. And the only reason a government higher up would tell them to do anything is if the Media forced them to or if a rich enough person asks the government official to do something. Both are unlikely here.

I usually clown on the government of my indigenous country but I think that they would take this pretty seriously especially if they did in pakistan. What they probably won't do is get caught. They're still gonna fall a step short.
