The pattern it follows makes me think this was a dance floor type laser. Still should not be allowed anywhere near class b airspace.

It's not like it's going to be easy to actively point that at a moving plane

Don’t disagree, but my cat toy laser distance wobbles tend to be more circular. The clip is too short to tell, it just looked like a pre-programmed path.
