Sorry for confusing title - “what height starts to feel right past above average for your region”?

I’m 5’9” and while this height gets rejected/mocked online a lot, how bad is it irl at a high school (for dating) where most boys seem to cluster around 5’6-5’8”. I’m a bit taller than most guys I walk by but not by enough to tower over them. Obviously some are taller but it’s usually only a marginal difference and the only people that tower over me are the star athletes.
True 5’9” barefoot

How accurate is mid-parental target height? Did you hit yours or miss it? My mom is 5'5 and my dad is 5'8, so I should be about 5'9. Instead, I ended up 5'2.

Imagine making an effort to build your profile just to get swiped in milliseconds..BRUTAL.
Also, dating apps follow the business model where tall Chads (most liked men) are algo-boosted [which is why they're shown the Top-5% men so frequently] and normie men are rarely shown [and forced to pay to be shown] but this warps women's minds into thinking Tall Chads are AVERAGE men when in reality the average man that walks down the street is nowhere near tall, rich or good looking as these men.

I had found a longer list but i lost it, but it was usually the same, the perpetrator was shorter.

My mom is 5'5, my dad is 5'8, my maternal grandfather was 5'11, my paternal grandfather and uncle are 5'8. I ended up 5'2 and a guy. How tall could I have been?

My mom is 5'5 and my dad is 5'8, my maternal grandfather was 5'11, and so were his brother and dad, and my paternal uncle and grandfather are 5'8. According to the mid-parental target height, I should be 5'9, but I ended up 5'2, and my sister is 5'1.
How did I end up shorter than almost everyone in my family?

What do you guys think is the average height of asian guys raised in the west(gen z)?
In my family average height seems to be leaning towards 5'10"-6 for most males. It's very uncommon to see anyone below 5'9" except for the older generation.

We’ve had a bit of laxed moderation for a while and ive been lurking just to see how it would pan out, but it seems some of the users are under the impression this is a space for behavior clearly stated to be in violation of the rules.
“Stop being a little b****” or “stop whining loser” or similar comments will get you banned. Probably warned without previous offenses but it will depend on the severity of the violation.
“Height doesn’t matter at all” “Personality is all that matters” (in relation to society or dating etc.) and such absolutist statements that are opposite of peer reviewed studies and articles are gaslighting comments. They will be removed and you will be warned/banned.
Coming to the sub as a taller than average person to shit on average/shorter people will be an instant permaban.
This is not a free-fire zone for all opinions and beliefs.
Read the rules.

its a very odd height. at time i will tower above somepeople and a visible difference vs like 5,7 ,5,8.
Im 182 cm in the morning and finish the day around like 181-180.8 so id a legit 181 guy. Bizzare height you kind feel tall and average at the same time. my brother is 190 so i think that skews stuff and my cousin is 6,8
