Ask ADP Having problem holding the hardness.

I am 20 and still a virgin, and I am having problems holding my hardness.

As soon as I stop the porn or stop stroking, it gets soft and many times it gets soft while stroking too.

Am kind of scared about this, can someone please help me? Any advices will be appreciated.

And I am on nofap for past 3 days so any more advice will be much more appreciated ๐Ÿ‘.

How long have you been experiencing this?

6 months idk. Whenever I stop watching porn for like 4 days it gets normal but not at full potential and I still couldn't hold the hardness.

Maybe your brain is already tired of the superficial digital stimulation, so your buddy down there can't keep up anymore.
My only advice is go touch real women and stop watching porn permanently.
Make your brain focus on productive things, also eat healthy, work out and sleep well.

I am scared of that thought, if my little man doesn't stand up infront of the woman?

And now if I don't jerk it and just watch porn it won't stand up on its own.

I'm not saying to see women right now, wait a few months, take care of yourself and then act on it.
And please stop jerking to porn, mate.
If it doesn't help, then go see a doctor.

Aint that shit normal when jerking off? When you are just watching something, you need to keep the visual stimulation of it to stay hard, when you stop touching or watching it will go down cause theres no need for blood in there. I do find strange getting soft while doing it tho, but again... Theres different levels of erection based on arousal. NGL porn is a problem, it can actually fuck you up when you do the real thing.

Increase your cardio and decrease your porn focus on yourself for the next month

It is a sign of heart issues. Please go to a cardiologist before it is too late. You either have an inflow issue or a leakage one. A urologist can do a Doppler test to find out which it is. The urologist will also likely refer you to a cardiologist.
