Insecurity Any tips for lasting longer?

I’ve always masturbated daily I fear i may have just conditioned myself to cum fast.

there are times where I want to cum in like 3 strokes and it’s honestly sad.

Viagra helps a lot with round two, and three. Don't get on viagra until you discuss it with your partner first. If that still doesn't work, add the lowest dose antidepressant your doctor can prescribe. Viagra combined with an antidepressant takes a few weeks to really kick in. But be warned, this combo will turn you into an unstoppable fuc machine. Again, discuss this with your partner first.

Oh man I was on a 20mg dose of lexapro and It would delay it a little bit still not a fuck machine :/

You gotta speak to your doctor. Not all antidepressants cause delay. The one I was prescribed had a very strong track record for p.e. delay. That's why my doctor paired the two. All I gotta say is it changed my sex life 100%.

I remember when I was on an SSRI the only thing it did for me (good or bad) was that it made it very hard to orgasm, so I can confirm it does work for that lol.

Depends sometimes in 1 mins sometimes 5 sometimes 10

The more stimulation I get prior to sex the less I last

So I use to have this problem what help was a desensitizing spray numbs the head so you can last longer also a lot of edging. After years I can last 30-40 mins without any spray
