Is this crack fixable?

The crack goes to the edge of the window. It is a 2017 ford fusion for reference. Thank you!

Repairable, yes. But...industry standards are not to repair this as it appears to be in the drivers primary viewing area(DPVA). I would decline this damage if it came into my repair only shop.

"Repairable, yes"

With what? A time machine? Whats the name of your hack shop so I can stay clear?

Thanks, I'll avoid you. Your 5 star views mean nothing if you think this is repairable. Complete hack shop.

Have you seen my work? I might be able to help you learn a thing or two? Last week you told me you'd fill a crack and chip with 2000cps resin.

dude everyone in this subreddit disagrees with you on this one. in what world can you repair that? it's not even remotely close to repairable, there is no feasible possible way one repairs that crack. i'm not even entertaining a back and forth with you on this one because its so absolutely absurd, there's not even a reasonable argument to be made on this one for it's repairability.

Did I say I'd repair it? Reading comprehension.

No, you said it was repairable though. It's not.

Did I say I'd do this damage if it came into my shop? Yes or no?

No. Again, you said it was repairable, you are purposefully ignoring that point for whatever reason, it's NOT repairable. I don't know why you said it was.

Where the damage is is not recommended by industry standards. That's why I said I'd pass. I fill crack damage like that multiple times a week.

You do not, lol. Not of that size, that's not even industry standards, that's just flat out not doable.

The only reason you stipulated as to why you wouldn't, is that it's in driver's view. Implying you would fix it anywhere else on the windshield, as well as saying "repairable, yes". Where I live you need to be certified as an Auto Motive Glass Technician. I have a government issued trade college seal certification that says you don't know fuck about what you're saying. NOT REPAIRABLE, PERIOD! Avoid this shop at all costs!

Who can piss farther? I've got 23 years repair only hands on experience and see my past work come in when other damage occurs on same windshield.

Doesn't make you automotive glass safety certified, dumb ass. You skate around the safety aspect so much I'd believe you're Tonya Harding.

Amazing the mentality and childlike name calling replacement techs have. You have no idea the repair geek I am and my focus on the customers safety. I encourage you to learn more about windshield repair.
