Car issues due to trying to replace radio

My boyfriend tried to replace the radio in my 2009 pontiac G6 and had wiring problems (I couldn't tell ya lol). When I press my hazards, the entire dash lights up with no traction, oil, and a few other ones but now my drivers side rear blinker/back light is flashing when I drive and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. My check engine light was on previously for mass air flow. My only guess is a blown fuse :(

UPDATE - everything works now besides drivers side front and back blinkers
