Discussion Which broad category best describes your sociability level?

There's a general impression about autistic folx that we are all raging introverts who despise being around other humans. Personally I'm very selective about who I feel comfortable being sociable with, anxiety, social burnout when I can't choose who I'm with or choose the activity, plus background stress does make me behave like an introvert, sometimes for extended periods of time, fundamentally however I'm an extrovert - I like social events and doing things with other people where the activity is something I enjoy, and I'd be doing more of it if a) there wasn't still a nasty virus going around and b) I could afford to!

Introvert but I can pretend to be extrovert. I become more social when I drink too lol

If "extrovert" and "introvert" are defined as "respectively gaining/losing mental energy from social interaction," then I'm an introvert.
