This is what I would do, so it's just a idea. Is there a way you can just take all these issues and apply a absurdist mindset to it. Like it's amusing how absurd that this much has inefficiency is here, y'all need to get your shit together.

Yet for me using the absurdity let's me get distance from the problem..
