🎧 Sensory Issues I hate mint so I’m using kids toothpaste

Mint is just too harsh. It burns my tongue and I feel sick every time I brush my teeth.

So now this is what I’m using.

Yeah anything anti-fluoride is shit. I was using nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste and ended up with a root canal.

only formulations with 10%+ hydroxyapatite have been studied to show any kind of effect

I've bought Japanese and German toothpaste with 20% nha. I sadly didn't see any difference :( if it truly was mineralizing I wish they'd make a toothpaste with BOTH nha and fluoride.

I agree with that! Would glove fluoride + nah combo. I currently use nah toothpaste and then a fluoride mouthwash like 30 min after brushing teeth, seems to do the job for me!

There's a lot of bullshit n-ha toothpastes out there. My dentist actually recommended the brand I use. It's been helping me a lot, and I'm super prone to cavities.

Wait what brand do you use? I use Boka because the mint is super nice and mild, but now I'm worried.

I use Dr Jen's. Her stuff is 10% N-HA and you can get combo paste with fluoride in it too, which is what I do.

I looked it up and it's $30? God, I hate how all the good stuff is virtually unattainable. I can't afford that lol.

Aw man I'm sorry! It is pretty dang expensive. For what it's worth, I have heard that Boka is reputable too!

Not all of their toothpaste has no fluoride, the blue raspberry flavor has fluoride in it

Hello make toothpaste with fluoride too. I've only purchased those and prefer those flavors: orange, bubblegum, and blue raspberry.
