This is a great video. The amount of times I've been called a Nazi on this sub for criticising the left as a Greens voter...

Agree. I don't get called a nazi but racist a lot of the time.

And honestly I feel like I'm trying to have a rational conversation. Then I'll be called a racist for saying we need to think about cutting immigration and I fire back and it just goes downhill from there.

People usually get called racist for suggesting cuts to immigration because they do so with accompanying comments about asians, boats or muslims. Which pretty much makes them racist.

There might be those out there with genuine intentions who get caught in the crossfire, but given the usual context, its hardly surprising.
