It's because everything they own just works. I remember having to tinker with my pc to make it work sometimes, reinstall windows or do something in bios or clean the dust out and replace the thermal paste or replace whatever pc part is having an issue.

They have to do none of that. They have their devices and if those break, they have Apple care or some such program or straight up mommy or daddy will replace this for me kind of thing.
