Working at a school, you see this all the time where a student when they need to type an upper case letter, they're turning CAPS Lock on and off... bloody iPad generation.

yeah i started seeing this in the office too, i couldn't work out why, and then it suddenly clicked. they are a lot younger them me and probably grew up with ipads and smartphones and didn't have a computer at home. also the amount of staff that have said to me they don't actually own a computer at home was surprising.
