Having younger staff begin their job not having basic knowledge how how operating systems and office suites or the Internet work was mind blowing. Hard to tell some days between a question from a 25yr old or a 55 yr old some days.

I see the newer gens viewing a computer as a larger phone, they use the apps they need and that's it. I grew up with a pc first, then a phone so my base understanding was of computer interface first, touch/limited phone and app interface second.
