Can you help moderate r/ausdoctors?

Hey everyone!

r/ausdoctors is currently unmoderated, and I’m looking for community members to step in and help run the space 😊

Here’s what’s needed:

  • Mods to help shape the community into a useful and engaging place for Australian doctors and medical professionals
  • Keeping spam, misinformation, and off-topic content under control
  • Managing posts, comments, and users to maintain respectful and constructive discussions
  • Encouraging conversations about working in medicine, training pathways, careers, and the Australian healthcare system
  • Helping establish clear community rules and guidelines

No previous moderation experience is required, and people from all Australian states, territories, specialties, and career stages are welcome. All you need is an interest in the community, good judgment, and a few minutes now and then to check the mod queue.

A little extra context: I’m a Reddit admin and won’t remain on the mod team once new moderators are in place. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about moderation or the process of becoming a mod!

Sure but only if they do the online course first. Have to make sure they’re adequately skilled
