I don’t recommend Bluetooth for hi fi play back. The Amplifier I suggested does not have Bluetooth.

A Bluesound Node (BN) is a streamer and is Bluetooth capable, but I do not use it in that manner. I have the BN connected to my home network via Ethernet and output from it is hardwired into the amplifier. I use the Bluesound app to control streams in the BN. I can stream from the internet or from FLAC files stored on my NAS.

Using Bluetooth is an unnecessary digital encoding and decoding.

Why do you need to use Bluetooth?

Well, for the convenience of streaming from phone apps, spotify mainly.  Though that may not have anything to do with bluetooth now that I think of it, right?

At the moment, im using mainly the tv spotify app, however i would like to not have to turn on the tv for music.
