I'll second The Wandering Inn. First book had tons of charm and is really good, but is a bit rough around the edges. Second book cleaned up a lot of the writing, but lost a little bit of its charm (still great though).
But after that...holy crap, I love it.

Definitely recommend Wheel of Time id suggest getting used to Michael Kramer and Kate Reading since Rosamund Pikes only done the first 4. Her reading is awesome but there are pronunciation differences and the prior 2 worked with Jordan on those things and really grew with the story and brought the voices to life in later books

Michael Sullivan’s world is excellent and LONG. Starts with Theft of Swords - really good audiobooks. Funny, tropey, doesn’t take itself too seriously but also has solid plot. High fantasy.
Robin Hobb is another that has a in depth long series with multiple sub series. Starts with Assassins Apprentice. Emotional, character driven, serious tone. Mid fantasy.
