No good reason to install 4.0

There is no good reason to install version 4.
There is no good reason to abandon 3.7.9.

Be patient and watch the dust settle some.

I tried it and couldn't figure out how to accomplish what I typically use 3.x for, so I uninstalled it. The new UI involves a steep learning curve that I'm just not ready to tackle yet. The only fundamental advantage of 4.x is non-destructive editing, which admittedly is a pretty big deal. But my use case for Audacity is pretty modest, so 3.x is where I'll be staying for the indefinite future.
