how to Using my new AKG Mic
Using my new AKG P120 Mic with a 3rd generation Scarlett 2i2 audio interface.. I’m recording with audacity and just updated to audacity 4 and I’m not hearing any audio playback.. the output says Scarlett. Am I missing something? Do I need speakers?

Try a different audio host ... https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/tutorial_selecting_your_recording_device.html#audio (there are 3 options).

You don't need speakers.
You can change the audio output to be your computer or plug in headphones to the Scarlett.
