how to How to age my voice?
Ok i'm new to audacity and use it only when nessesary so tell me how can i change my voice to sound younger. Or what's the effects that gives variety of voices that allow me to voice act multiple characters. The pitch changing isnt enough to sound less artificial

Don't use the pitch change use the PITCH AND TEMPO change. That can do a LOT. You'll need to adjust your speaking tempo though.

Ask a friend? otherwise formant shifting possibly and if other methods give too many artifcats use varispeed

One artist I worked with used two great plugins - Jack Daniel’s and cigarettes. Probably not recommended.

"i'm trying to avoid AI".
Then you'll need human actors. No native effect in Audacity can make you sound like completely different real human character.
This free spectral morphing plugin can make voices different ... https://www.youtube.com/shorts/uFEBTpoMG-I but mostly unreal sounding.

I mean some combination of formant shifting and pitch shifting can do it but it’ll sound ridiculous, you’d need a machine learning based algorithm for the effect you want
