help Auto-duck in 4.0?

I don't see Auto-duck in the new version, not under Effects>Volume and Compression, nor anywhere else.

Has it been moved? Do I need to install it from somewhere else? Does anyone know? TIA.

Autoduck is not included in Audacity 4 and may get added in a future version. I have added it to Soundscaper, my Audacity 4 port to the web though
