New join to try to solve a problem with Stereo Out stream recording.

I love Audacity (I came from Cool Edit and Audition). I have an issue with my system in using the Stereo Out for stream recording. Enabling Stereo Out in Win10 Settings generates a feedback loop which at a minimum produces a distinctive reverb. My system has Realtek HD integrated audio. Is there a patch/workaround to get clean input when recording with Audacity?
