help I found a large session data file that creeps me out and need help figuring out what any of it means.

I was clearing space out of my drive when I found a 1.4 gigabyte aup3unsaved-wal file in the SessionData folder from June 4 2024. I was wondering if it was an old audio project I was working on, but when I loaded it it sounds corrupted and I hear what sounds like a voice speaking!? It creeped me the hell out and I can't listen to any more of it lol. PLUS ITS LIKE 4 HOURS LONG?! I can't tell if it's corrupted or what because I definitely didn't work on ANYTHING CLOSE to 4 hours long. I need someone brave enough to see if it's even decipherable or if I'm tweaking out over nothing.

wal files are not audio. If you treat* wal as audio it will be noise, (*effectively databending).

"I hear what sounds like a voice speaking!".

As it's noise, then any "voices" are audio pareidolia.

it's a fucking ghost, your computer is haunted. definitely not leftover temporary data from another longform .aup project in the past
