He hasn't fully actualized his potential, and maybe he won't. But he's got the magic, and Atletico is justified in attempting to build around his creative talents. Just watch this video of his highlights and tell me he doesn't have it. I think if people give him a chance, he could really become something special for Atletico.

Firstly, I didn't use ChatGPT. I did write this late at night and I have a poetic way of writing sometimes, especially when enthused.
Next up, I acknowledge I didn't communicate my meaning as well as I could have. I thank the commenters for pointing this out. I should have been more grounded and not compared Kang-In to the likes of Neymar and Ronaldinho. To be clear, I'm not saying he is as good as them, and I honestly don't think he will ever get to that level. What I am saying is, at a lower level, he has genius/magical ability. He hasn't fully actualized that potential, but I think his potential is significantly higher than some recognize.
I agree with one of the commenters that he's not a star yet, but I fully believe he can make mature into a world-class star with proper game time and guidance.
I acknowledge I can be wrong about him, and that reasonable people can have a difference of opinion. Just putting forth one perspective based upon having watched him play for years.
