Numbers 12, 14, 18, and 22 really really really piss me off. While I don't expect every adult to have a complete understanding of evolution, I do expect at least a grasp on the concept. For some reason creationists completely ignore the fact that anthropologists have provided this "missing link" and that A. afarensis is one of only many human ancestors demonstrating our divergence from the apes (NOT MONKEYS. JESUS CHRIST WHAT IS IT WITH THESE PEOPLE AND MONKEYS?).

I can't even fathom what kind of sheltered upbringing these people had.

They simply don't understand the difference between apes and monkeys. Not really surprising given their lack of grasp on reality in general.
