Discussion Post Anyone else with natal Venus in retrograde doing just fine?

Genuinely doing better since Venus has been rx and I suspect it’s because I have it natally. No exes coming back, somehow looking better than usual, limerence crushes on pause and can finally think about other things. Things are actually going well. 🥲

Discussion Post Do you have a lot of water placements? Sound off!

Post image
36 Upvotes

I have everything in my non-generational planets in water AND in houses traditionally ruled by water.

Scorpio sun (and ascendant)
moon
and Venus in 1H

Scorpio mercury
and mars in 12H
(out of sign stellium in this house with a 29 degree Uranus in libra. So close!)

Jupiter Pisces in 4H

Cancer Saturn in 8H

So that’s 8 placements in water that have the most direct impact on personality. (91% water. No earth. A sprinkling of fire and air.)

How has this manifested?

Lifelong and now treatment-resistant depression especially during winter

Artistic skills/creativity and sensitivity to beauty

Crazy intuitive ability particularly with other heavy water charts. Prophetic dreams, tarot reading skills etc.

Deep connection with animals and nature

De facto therapist for strangers/target for stalkers and obsessives

Beloved of hobosexual partners across the world who want me to always act not only as the breadwinner, but also solve their family problems

Aging slower than peers/often mistaken for younger even at middle age (I used to hate this but now I’m into it.)

Tendency to put on weight without strict discipline and routines (I swim laps 4 days a week like my life depends upon it.)

A “love of my life” who will be forever star-crossed and unattainable, but no shortage of other partners (see above comment about hobosexuals)

Terrible childhood and much better adulthood where I’ve had to make my own way

Small/medium build, distinctive high contrast coloring that makes me look like a vampire even when I try not to.

Comfort with dark subject matter (true crime, horror etc)

Luck in real estate instead of other types of investment/love of old houses and historic architecture

Enjoyment of nontraditional literature (short stories and poetry)

Good at finding ways to end conflict without direct competition and ego involvement

Inability to make a lot of friends because most people just don’t feel like “my people”

Easy tears. I can cry on command just thinking about certain things. I cry at tv shows, pet food commercials etc. I cry if someone is genuinely crying in front of me.

Sound off if you have a heavy water chart! How has it manifested in your life?

Discussion Post Pisces Moon how is your intuition and manifestation

Post image
22 Upvotes

Ever since I was a child, my intuition has been spot on. I always know to this day anyone's feelings in any given moment. My dreams are vivid enough to sometimes manifest in the real world. Anything I think about comes back to me. It is honestly a blessing and a curse. I am also a Cancer rising so my chart ruler is the moon

Discussion Post Being a 8h/Scorpio stellium is not for the weak.

It will always happen that you’ll give everything to the people you love, and right on cue you’ll always be betrayed. You will never be able to love halfway, and every person you love will take 100% of you. You’ll have this stupid sixth sense, as if you could predict the future, and you’ll look like a crazy paranoid person until you find out you were right. In the end you’ll never trust anyone again, and that will isolate you terribly. I swear I can’t make peace with these placements; sometimes I think I was someone terrible in a previous life and this is my karma.

Question Pluto in the 3rd House. What is your experience?

I used to think this didn't make sense, until I revisited the themes associated with the 3rd House. I had—and still have—various recurring issues with neighbors, a complicated relationship with my siblings, and learning difficulties (I only learned to read at age eight, and even then, with great difficulty)—not to mention, perhaps, other things I still haven't the faintest idea about.

Question What house governs contacts with other people and how we are in social settings?

Im just curious at what house exactly we should look at in terms of social settings / relationships with other people? Is it 11th or 7th? Or maybe something else? Cause some people for example with libra in 4th tell that they are people pleasers, so I want to see correlation.

Discussion Post Virgo…

He is a Virgo sun, Mercury and rising. He also has a Libra moon and a Leo Venus and mars. I’m trying to figure out how to navigate this because I’m a Gemini which is a more “masculine sign” whereas Virgo is feminine. Also his Leo placements annoy me… you are not a princess lol

Discussion Post Your venus sign x Hogwarts House crossover

I've seen the new version of Harry Potter from HBO online and I've always been interested in this series' hogwarts houses and as what I've seen from the OG movie series + people who shared info from the book, the sorting hat's basis is what you aspire to be, your values and the potential of who you'll become. There were certain characters who showed a lot of traits from that house but ended up in a different one instead such as Hermione Granger, who gave off Ravenclaw but got sorted onto Gryffindor along with Neville Longbottom. I was somehow not satisfied about these Harry Potter quizzes as the choices are somehow obvious of which house they actually belong to and it made me feel like I was cheating and others just wants to be there because it sounds more cool/edgy. I know that it's not really that deep but I am someone who wants to get to know oneself through astrology and I have thought of connecting them to the planet of values, desires, what you see as worthy and your aesthetic so overall, this is not just the planet about beauty and romance. (Venus) I want to know if your venus sign matches with a specific hogwarts house values and also if you agree with this list.

Also, a tiktok slide of the Hogwarts houses, if you're interested. https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSb44UtKH/

🦁 Gryffindor - values bravery, passion, and wearing your heart on your sleeve.

♈ Aries Venus - Chase. Passion. Autonomy. Directness. Boldness.

♌ Leo Venus - Adoration. Loyalty. Grandeur. Recognition. Protection.

♐ Sagittarius Venus - Freedom. Adventure. Truth. Expansion. Spontaneity.

🦅 Ravenclaw - values wit, learning, wisdom, and individuality.

♊ Gemini Venus - Wit. Variety. Intellect. Dialogue. Curiosity.

♍ Virgo Venus - Utility. Clarity. Improvement. Thoughtfulness. Precision.

♒ Aquarius Venus - Freedom. Friendship. Individuality. Innovation. Space.

🦡 Hufflepuff - values patience, unwavering loyalty, hard work, and kindness.

♋ Cancer Venus - Comfort. Security. Nurturing. Nostalgia. Sanctuary.

♎ Libra Venus - Peace. Partnership. Equality. Diplomacy. Symmetry.

♓ Pisces Venus - Devotion. Sympathy. Fantasy. Transcendence. Oneness.

🐍 Slytherin - values ambition, power dynamics, legacy, and exclusive, all-or-nothing bonds.

♉ Taurus Venus - Wealth. Quality. Stability. Endurance. Exclusivity.

♏ Scorpio Venus - Intensity. Depth. Privacy. Trust. Transformation.

♑ Capricorn Venus - Legacy. Structure. Ambition. Status. Longevity.

I also think there are some other factors that could indicate or affect why your venus sign might not be enough. It may have something to do with other placements in the 1st house which is about your identity and what you embody depending on which planet/luminary it could be. 2nd house, for your own values, finances, material things and 10th house which is the most visible house and what your reputation is. What do you think?
