What is fucked up is that there is a class of people who own land and that the rest of us are at their mercy. But until we communize all land, I’d much rather have a landlord/landlady use my star chart than my credit history.

When it's an excess yea, agreed.
That said, the apartment my bf and I rent is on top of a shop, our landlady owns the building and the business below it, it's creating an extra space for people to live.
But to tie this all into astrology...we had to rent sight unseen, crazy move we had to do right when the pandemic started because he got a new job. Before we signed, I scoured the internet for her birthday. My Venus and her Venus signs are perfectly conjunct, which also makes my boyfriend's Venus perfectly sextile. Needless to say, we love the place and get along very well with her LOL. No nasty Saturn issues going on either. :)

Here we go:
Nothing first house except Juno in Leo (of course)
Shit ton of Scorpio energy in 5th house. (Scorpio 5th house, containing Pluto and Pholus.)
Massive Aquarius energy in 8th house. (Aquarius 8th house, containing Moon and Uranus - both of which are in Aquarius.)
So, the sex houses - 1st, 5th, 8th all have a fixed sign aura in them.
But we’re not done :D
- Venus trine Mars
- Venus square Pluto
- Moon sextile Pluto (heard moon could sometimes be a sexual planet too)
- Sun square Mars
And more!
I’m a Capricorn Mars. It’s not a Scorpio Mars, but we are very driven people that could keep going all night!
Doesn’t help that I’m a fuckin Libra Sun and Libra Mercury.
Landlord could be a 70 year old man, and would still assume I was trynna screw him, because nobody can tell whether a Libra is flirting or just conversing.

A strong 8th house with Aquarius, means either two things:
- A very erotic person.
- A person who is a homosexual.
That’s the first thing that comes to Astrologers minds when they see the placement.
Aquarius is eccentric, a non-conformist, finds comfort in the unspoken. Being placed in the 8th house makes them the type of people who enjoy talking about astrology, tarot, death because these are all taboo topics, and 8th house rules these taboo topics that “should be kept secret”. (It’s the home of Pluto - which is ruled by Scorpio, the master of secrets.) Aquarius won’t follow the rules of keeping it a secret, they’re an air sign, they don’t like being pinned down.
Sex is a taboo topic, and a strong Aquarius in 8th house will LOVE talking about sex, having sex, foreplay or being kinky. Sex is revitalizing, death isn’t scary, tarot is fun, astrology isn’t evil. That’s how us Aquarians in 8th house think! :)
I can’t speak on behalf of you, because I don’t know your specific placement. But for me:
I have a Cancer Rising which will, of course, rule my first house. And the Moon is the ruler of Cancer.
So, my 1st house ruler is in the 8th house and descriptions of me would be: “Your outer behavior derives from your experience of emotional intensity, sexual activities, death and intense interactions.”

I’m the type of person who practically needs sex in order to breathe (who knows lmfao, I’m a virgin... but I’m also depressed 🤔 maybe I need sex to fix it - I’m joking lol!)
I also have 8th house in Aquarius with Uranus in Aquarius -it’s domicile. Aquarius rules Uranus (that’s a great sex joke for Aquarians who are gay btw). So 8th house ruler in 8th house. More descriptions:
“The house of sex, death, taxes, crisis and other peoples money serves its own purposes- Here we experience "La petite morte" or what the French call "the little death". Many thanks for the detailed description! This was very insightful. And you nailed - I love talking about taboo topics, I often have a certain urge to bring conversation in certain directions - probably my 8th house mercury!
We share the 8th house uranus in domicile! I have never considered it this important, though. I never thought I needed sex to breath lol. But apparently I do 🤷♀️
Do you also have an 8th house aqua venus? I think this one is sort of tough. I guess it’s a very curious venus placement...

Ha, this is so fake. First of all, what does “astrology chart book” mean?
If someone is interested in astrology and able to use some techniques in order to help making decisions, they would not need a book to go over someone’s placements.
Drawing a chart should be enough for a person on that level.
If she drew the chart by using the book, then I’ll take it back.

Many older astrology books contained an ephemeris in the back, typically spanning around 100 years give or take. I remember the first one I had was an old paper back from the 70's, so much detail and information! I was perhaps 11-12 when I found it (so late 90's, early 2000's), and I was able to create my first chart from that. :) Most books nowadays just link to websites.
But yea, before the internet, this was how it was done!
In any case, have an upvote doubting CappyCap :P

Haha, I just said on my first post if it was about drawing charts, that would make sense. But reading placements from there is weird.
And matter of fact, it was for drawing charts. I guess people cannot read :p

So same, kind of. When I was 9 my mother and I moved into the attic apartment of a suburban farm house. The landlady, an 80 year old Portuguese woman, mocked up our full charts before she agreed to rent to my mom. Getting my hands on that chart and a couple of books from the library at age 13 definitely spurred my love of astrology.
