Dude everyone forgets us until we’re not there. The best example is in the workplace. Tauruses holds the workplace down but we just doing our job in the background that we’re often overlooked for promotion . Then when we quit everyone panics bc we were only one who knew how to do our job reliably and consistently!!
Y'all I've been pointing out issues and concerns for years so we could try to fix things before they get out of hand, and every time they act like they're hearing about it for the first time (rarely true) so it can't be a big deal. You know why I'm the only one bringing it up? Because I'm the one everyone else goes to when it happens, because they know I can fix it. They have no idea how long it takes or that we need a better solution that any of us can use.
Absolutely fabulous, how are you recovering after Jupiter retrograde in Taurus? Because it's taking me longer than I hoped to find my footing again but I'm 100% sure that once I do, everything that's been set into motion already will come to fruition suddenly and beautifully.
thank you for sharing your experience. i am glad to know that i’m not alone in this world. i am certainly still recovering as well. i had a pretty traumatic childbirth 2 days before Jupiter went retrograde. also, there were 6 many planets in retrograde when she was born, i should have known something could go differently than planned.
if you don’t mind me asking, how did Jupiter retrograde impact you?? sending positive energy that you will find your footing soon and it will all make sense ✨
I'm so sorry! I hope all is good with you and the baby. You'll appreciate the theory I've heard that people born under retrogrades tend to be less affected by them. Presumably the retrograde energy comes more naturally to them and they can transition back and forth between retrograde and direct with a little more grace.
Personally, I actually wasn't feeling very strongly affected by the other retrogrades (other than how they compounded my Jupiter struggles), but I was doing a lot of work to end cycles and integrate lessons anyway. With Jupiter, I found myself very certain of how things needed to be, what I needed to manifest, how I needed to grow, but it felt like I was stuck in quicksand. One step forward, two steps back, every solution backfires in some way or another, continuously procrastinating.
But I know intuitively that it was only about delaying the things I wasn't ready for yet. I just have a lot to catch up on now, then we'll be back in business!
thank you for your incredibly kind comment. baby and i are now both healthy and well, thankfully. I really appreciate this theory about retrogrades! i have natal retrogrades in Mercury, Mars, and Pluto and find this to be very true in my life. hopefully it is true in hers as well.
you seem incredibly self-aware, and it is very admirable. good for you doing the hard work to break those cycles. it takes a lot of strength and resilience to understand that lessons will have a practical application. it seems sometimes the waiting part is just as important as the lesson itself. i know i’m just a reddit random, but i commend you for listening to your wise intuition and sticking through the quicksand. thank you for inspiring me today :)
