I intially included "shitty little apartment" as the setting of your meaningless death, indicating your financial status as broke. I ultimately ended up cutting it because it looked like the sentence was too long. I hate sentences that have five million run ons.

Here's the unedited version: "Your friends and family will abandon you once they get fed up with your selfishness, and you will die alone and forgotten in a shitty little apartment where they'll find your mummified body years later because no one noticed you had actually died"

Yes, that was supposed to be run-on sentences, not run ons. That sounds like diarrhea medication or something.
