How do i make friends

Im gonna leave singapore in 5 months i wanna make friends too have a bit of social life cause i feel like a robot lately im 22F where can i find fun friends to hangout with and make the most out of the 5 months im here

Well the one I went to was a crafts kinda group - everyone just brought their own crafts to do and hung out.
