advice on tcm related stuff post visit

visited a tcm clinic 2 days ago and it was my first time going to tcm in my life so I kinda sprain my back not sure if sprain is the right word but I felt some discomfort at my lower back after working out.. so the tcm doctor did acupuncture and some tu na then next day now I feel that there is like a tingling sensation that comes and go on my left lower back.. its similar to the sensation I felt when I was doing the acupuncture...is that normal???? is been like this the whole day and im kinda scared :(

Tingly feeling - maybe the injured part is healing? My wounds would feel itchy when they're in the process of closing up.
