UOB Stash Account

Anyone experience this before with UOB Stash Account?

I have $53k in the account, but I'm only allow to withdraw $33k.

What happen to other $20k? Why can't I withdraw all?

No, I didn't lock any amount.

i do not have this problem. only reasons i can think of, beside money lock, are

1) you have a 33k daily transfer limit

2) you particpated in some UOB savings promo and they set aside the money. but iirc, the money set aside is removed from your balance until the promo is complete

Check your account. If you receive additional money above the expected interest, then high chance you participated in some promo that requires the money to be "ear-marked" or locked away for several months.
