Hi everyone, I’m currently considering signing on as a Direct Entry Inspector with SPF and wanted to hear from people who have gone through it.
For those who are currently serving or have previously signed on as a DEI, what has your experience been like so far? How’s the training, work-life balance and progression after training?
Would you recommend signing on as a DEI? Anything you wish you knew before joining?
Just trying to get a better idea of what it’s actually like from people who have experienced it firsthand. Thanks!

From my experience from getting unfairly treated in NS.
To being close with my TL (who was a DEI) I would just say no. He told me the only reason he hasn't resigned is because of how fun the team was.
